The Hyperice Hypervolt started as an acceptable device.  Ok, it was never the quality like the EnjoyLife, but 8 years ago, it was not easy to find complains about Hypervolt.
Nowadays, many people complain about quality and about customer service.  This massage gun has some excellent features, but price/quality isn’t good enough.

what is the life span of this massage gun ?

The life span of a device is always depending of the battery. When the battery fails, it’s important to change it. When it comes to this feature, Hypervolt does an amazing job. When the battery fails, you can buy another one. But then comes the question, is the price conform ?

is that a professional massage gun ?

The Pro version has 2 features, following the rules. This massage gun has enough cooling holes, it’s possibnle to change the battery. But it misses the 3rd feature : it has only 5 speeds. That is not enough for a professional massage gun, and it might disappoint you.

is the balance price/quality good ?

Hypervolt has a high price, it might be too high for what you get. The professional massage gun is 379 € and that is too high for 5 speeds. It’s almost double the price of the EnjoyLife. That means, you have 2 EnjoyLife’s for 1 Hypervolt … Something to think about. read the review.

  1. Quality  is disputable.  Many customers are complaining about customer service. 
  2. 2 till 5 massage heads, that is not enough.
  3. 3 to 5 speeds, this is not enough and that is one of the reasons why it disappoints you. 
  4. Improving : no. newer editions have lower price but comes with a lower quality. Now your massage gun is only 1kg and that is not enough.
  5. The battery is 2400 mAh, that is good to go for 4 hours.
  6. prices from 199 to 399 €, depending where you buy it.   You find cheaper but again, we are convinced these are fake ones. 
  7. At the speed of 3200 rpm, this massage gun is acceptable quiet.

  10. Customer service : Hyperice needs to work on troubleshooting. Hypervolt struggles with inconsistent quality and bad customer service.
